Well here is is a starter home it costs about 18,900 something like that. It's furnished but not fully furnished. It has zero decorative except for a few plants.

It has one bedroom, but it's for two people, a small kitchen alongside with a dining room, very tiny toilet and a lovely spacious living room/passage! Also the file size is so small!
